Jordan Malara
Jordan Malara is a military veteran turned hospitality entrepreneur and co-owner of the Outrider Hotel in Manitou Springs, Colorado. After serving in the military, Jordan transitioned into real estate — owning long-term rentals and Airbnbs — before discovering his passion for the guest experience and the hospitality industry. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs (a grandfather who owned seven barbershops, a father who grew his own optometry practice, and a grandmother who ran a florist shop), Jordan partnered with his longtime friend and business partner Connor to develop boutique hotel experiences rooted in community, local identity, and legacy. Their flagship property, the Outrider Hotel, transforms a formerly rundown building in Manitou Springs into an upscale, community-first destination designed to connect adventurous travelers to the best of Colorado's mountain west.
